Terms of Service — Eclipse Signal Uploader

Eclipse Signal Uploader is a personal, single-user software tool operated by Onurhan Demir. It is not offered as a service to the public, is not sold or licensed to third parties, and is used exclusively with YouTube channels owned by the operator's own Google account.

The tool uses YouTube API Services and its use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

The tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operator is responsible for the content published through it.
